These are our terms & conditions for pasabuys / pahanaps and on-hand items1. Responsibility
We are not responsible for any lost/damaged item after the package has been shipped out.2. Personal Details
We value your privacy. As much as we don't disclose your details to others, please do not disclose our personal details as well.3. Payment terms
On-hand: PAYO / 3 days reservation unless otherwise stated
Pre-order: 50% downpayment upon order unless otherwise stated, then full payment of balance on or before date stated on listingLate payments: Php50/day (applicable only until 2 weeks after the deadline. After 2 weeks, your order and initial payments made will be forfeited)4. Cancellation
Strictly no cancellation of order/s once the official confirmation has been sent.Cancellation fee is 50% of the item price. Downpayment will not be refunded.5. Packaging
Packing fee is included in price unless otherwise stated. Basic packaging includes sturdy cardboard and bubble wrap.If you want additional protection, below are the corresponding packing fees:
Php10 - add toploader (maximum of 2 photocards per toploader)
Php30 - add box for small to medium sized albums (up to 3 albums only)
Php 50-75 - box for bulky items
Php75 - poster tube + box**These fees are subject to change.Sometimes, I might require packaging fee for albums/merch that would be better protected when in boxes.6. Item Condition and Manufacturer DefectsWe make sure that your items are properly packed and handled prior to shipment. We send photos of your items before and after packing for update and documentation purposes.Any manufacturer defects of sealed albums and merchandise are not eligible for refund.Condition of photocards, postcards or posters will be disclosed through photo and/or video and will be uploaded on Google Drive for a clear quality. Please make sure to check thoroughly the condition before claiming on-hand items.Once claimed and shipped, you accept the condition of the item and will not be eligible for refund.7. Yangdo Purchase Assistance and/or PahanapYangdo Purchase Assistance and pahanap is free as long as you use my KR address! Please refrain from claiming if you are sensitive to flaws.8. Returns and Refund
In any case that the item should be refunded, the buyer must return the item at their own cost and will be refunded of the item price ONLY once the item has been received.Always take a video when unboxing your parcel. Please make sure to show the waybill as well. No video, no refund.9. Normal ETA items
Normal ETA takes 3-4 weeks from the date of ship out from KR.Please do take note of the delays that may not be in our hands once it has been shipped out. Expect delays to happen during December to January, holidays, or a typhoon.9. Normal ETA items
Shipping options are Same Day Delivery via Grab or Lalamove, J&T Express, GGX, LBC, and Flash Express. You may change your initial chosen mode of delivery before shipping.J&T Express, LBC and Flash Express shipping fee payments are non-COD.Constant updates will reflect on the masterlist.
Korean Address Rental
1. Estimated Time of Arrival
Normal ETAA box usually takes 1 to 2 months to be filled up, depending on the volume of items coming in. Once a box has been filled up, it will be lined up for closing and shipment. Cut-off day of items delivered in my KR address to be included in the box will be on Thursdays since my consol's cut-off for box closing will be every Friday. Box pick-up will be every Saturday morning.Counting will start from the time it leaves Korea. Shipping to the PH takes around 14 days from the date it left KR. Please do take note of the delays that may not be in our hands once it has been shipped out. Unforeseen circumstances may happen that's beyond my control. Also expect delays to happen during December to January, holidays(both Korea and PH), or a typhoon.We will constantly update regarding the status of the box in our Twitter account and masterlist.2. Box Sharing Rates
● Php30/parcel for photocards, polaroids and/or postcards (maximum of 25 combination of all items mentioned above per parcel, once it exceeds another Php30 will be added)
● Php50/parcel for A3, A4, A5 sized posters (maximum of 5pcs per parcel, not folded and not shipped in poster tubes)
● Php120/kg for 0-1kg & above for normal sized items (eg. small to medium sized 8x10" albums/photobooks not exceeding 2 inches thick, merchandise such as shirts, keychains, pens, small plush keyrings, combination of bulk paper goods shipped in a box, etc)SEMI-BULKY / BULKY ITEMS
● Php150/kg for 0-1kg & above for big, long or semi-bulky items with maximum size of 10 x 10 inches and not thicker than 2.5 inches (eg. big magazines, season's greetings, big albums, vinyls, bubble/puffer coats, pillows, blanket, hoodies, etc).
● Php 300/kg for 0-1kg & above for big, long or bulky items bigger than 10 x 10 inches and thicker than 2.5 inches (eg. season's greetings, big albums, photobooks, bubble/puffer coats, pillows, blanket, hoodies, etc).
● This also means that if the item exceeds 10x10" but not thicker than 2.5", the rate will be Php150/kg. If the item falls below 10x10" in size but thicker than 2.5", the rate will be Php 300/kg for 0-1kg & above.
● Php 300/pc for shoes (box included)
● Php50/pc for poster tubes
● Php150/pc for Membership Kits NOT bigger than 10x10x2.5" or 150/kg whichever is higher
● Php300/pc for Membership Kits bigger than 10x10x2.5" or 300/kg whichever is higher
● Any item bigger than 12x12x5" not listed above, will be subject for quotation. Starts at 300-500/kg depending on dimensions. Please message me for inquiry.DOLLS
● P50/doll for 10-14cm or 120/kg whichever is higher
● P120/doll for 15cm doll and up or 120/kg whichever is higher
● P150/doll for 20-30cm doll or 150/kg whichever is higher
● P300/doll for dolls 30-45cm or 300/kg whichever is higher
Anything bigger than 50cm will be subject for quotationIf any of the items listed above are confusing, please message me so I can guide and give you the estimated rate. Rates listed above may be changed without prior notice. Please check every once in a while for updated rates.
3. Shipping Fee Payment
International Shipping Fee will be paid once in PH address. We will weigh your items first and send you the total. Local shipping fee is not included(QC Drop-off).Please pay the ISF first before we will arrange local shipping. No payment, no release of items.For local shipping, the options available are Same Day Delivery through Lalamove or Grab, J&T Express, Abest Express, Flash Express and GGX. Note that most of these except for SDD base their shipping rates through volumetric weight.4. Item Declaration for Tracking
Forms for item declaration will be provided and should be filled up once a tracking number is available.5. Photo Update
Photo update of the items will be sent to you once our KR consol has updated us.6. Damaged / Lost Items
We are not liable for any damaged / lost parcels caused by the shipping courier.7. Responsibility
We are not responsible for any transactions made outside of this service. We only offer box sharing / KR address rental.Items are updated as received. We are not responsible for the quantity or quality of the products inside the package.8. Sorting
Please allow us to sort the box at least 3 to 7 business days before sending the items to you.We will notify you once it is ready for shipment.9. Packaging
If you have a specific request for packaging, please let me know in advance how you want your order to be packed.I may request for an additional box packaging fee if the current used boxes I have doesn't fit your items. The fee may vary depending on the box size. If you want to request for additional bubble wrap for your items, there will be an additional fee of Php10 per layer.10. Korean Address
We will disclose the address after you have confirmed with us via DM. Please do not share it with others.
